Cancellation Policy

We understand that certain circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary.

If you find yourself unable to keep your appointment, we request at least 12 hours notice. If you do not cancel within this time frame, you will be charged the full cost of your service.

We encourage you to allow enough time to find parking as only street parking is available near the shop. If you arrive more than 15 mins late for your appointment, you are considered a "no show" and will not be refunded for the cost of your appointment.
