12 hours prior to your appointment the scheduling system will allow for cancellations. Go to your confirmation email and click cancel or reschedule to make the adjustments to your appointment.

All services require prepayment with a credit card and charged at the time the appointment is made. Tips can also be added at the time the appointment is made.

Unfortunately, if the client is late more than 15 minutes will be charged 100% for the missed service. The client will then have to rebook online for another time or day and pay again.
